We’re excited to get your Nüra pieces on their way to you! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and what to expect:
📦 Standard Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7–10 business days
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the move
🌎 Shipping Areas
We currently ship to most regions globally. If you're unsure about shipping availability in your area, feel free to reach out.
💳 Duties & Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
You’ll get an email with tracking information once your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
💫 Our Return Promise
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every Nüra purchase. Try your items on at home, and if something doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and foot care accessories are non-returnable unless the item is defective or incorrect
🚚 Return Shipping:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or unconfirmed returns.
All returned items will go through a final quality check. If your return doesn’t meet our policy, we won’t be able to process it — and it will be shipped back to you at your cost.
